I’m Dr. Blake Ketchum. I’m the hermit up here on the mountain, where I live with a menagerie of rescue animals. Thank you for checking out my site.

- I didn’t speak until I was 3, and then switched to barking for a year when I started elementary school.
- I liked dogs, physics, and the color purple as a child.
- I do not have a HS diploma GED;I dropped out after 2 years.
- I have a BFA in Sculpture, MS in Forestry, and PhD in Soil Science.
- I was diagnosed as an adult with high functioning Autism.
- I love button boxes, moss, animals, microbiology, Star Trek, and astronomy.
- I’m happy being a hermit, and don’t spend much time thinking misanthropic thoughts. It’s a good life for me.
